To work, Crate Cascade keeps a few things in the app's private storage on your device. We can't see this data, and the game doesn't send it anywhere.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| The highest level you've unlocked, and your best stars, best score and finish date for each level | The level map and replays |
| Your coin balance and how many Undo, Hint, Freeze and Extra Shelf boosters you have | The Shop and the booster bar |
| Your Daily Challenge streak and the days you finished it | The streak counter and the daily reward |
| The day you last collected Shelf Pass coins | So the daily 150 coins are given once a day |
| The ID numbers of App Store coin purchases already added | So a coin pack is never added twice |
| Which booster tips you've seen, and your sound, music, haptics and belt speed settings | So tips don't repeat and settings stick |
Coin packs and the Shelf Pass are sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment, and we never see your name, email or payment details. Apple tells the game only which purchase went through and whether your Shelf Pass is active. Apple's handling of that information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Shelf Pass is a weekly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. If you reinstall the game or get a new iPhone, tap Restore Purchases in the Shop or in Settings to bring it back. Coin packs are one-time purchases stored on this device, so Apple can't restore them.
Crate Cascade has no cloud sync of its own. If you back up your iPhone with iCloud Backup or a computer, that backup may include the game's data, like other apps' data. That is set by your device settings, not by the game.
Deleting Crate Cascade from your iPhone removes all of its data, including your progress and coins. This can't be undone.
Crate Cascade collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
If the game starts handling data differently, we will update this page and its effective date before that version is released.
